Born and raised in Sandwich, MA local Kristen Manchester started baking sourdough out of her kitchen in 2025. A graphic designer by day, Kristen found a new love of baking after meeting a fellow Sandwich local on the PnB bus, commuting back home from Boston. After getting her first starter from the woman on the bus, Kristen has been baking sourdough ever since.
