ABOUT
SANDWICH BRED
Born and raised in Sandwich, MA local Kristen Manchester started baking sourdough out of her kitchen in 2025. A graphic designer by day, Kristen found a new love of baking after meeting a fellow Sandwich local on the PnB bus, commuting back home from Boston. After getting her first starter from the woman on the bus, Kristen has been baking sourdough ever since.
Made with the original sourdough starter, and local Cape Cod ingredients, Sandwich Bred can now be enjoyed by all. Please email Sandwich Bred for ordering inquires.
